Bogotá Photo Walk, July

Here are some of the highlights from the photo walk held in Mexico City, during the opening day of the third World Cup hosted by Mexico, in collaboration with the @pohualizcalli community and @ferminguzmanfotografia, with support from @el_chuy_delrio, who coordinated the walk.
We walked through the Zócalo, Garibaldi, and the Angel of Independence, documenting how thousands of people made the public space their own amid flags, songs, gatherings, and spontaneous moments. It was a glimpse of how the streets transform when a collective event takes over the city.
We would like to thank everyone who participated and shared their perspective.

Two festivals, one celebration of identity and photography.
We are thrilled to announce that Festival Máscaras Danzantes @mascarasdanzantes is joining Tomar la Calle FotoFest 2026 as a partner to launch the call for entries for the group exhibition "Máscaras Danzantes," a project that will bring together the perspectives of photographers from across Ibero-America on the cultural expressions, rituals, carnivals, popular festivals, and traditions that fill our streets with life.
The 30 selected photographs will be part of an exhibition held at two venues:
📍 Take to the Streets with FotoFest
Xalapa, Veracruz, Mexico
September 2026
📍 Dancing Masks Festival
Orizaba, Veracruz, Mexico
November 2026
